Shipping Policy

Your order will usually ship from us no later than 10-12  business days after the time your order is placed on our website ( please allow processing of 5-7 business days )  — except on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. No cancellations or modifications are allowed on your order once a confirmation email has been sent out. If your order does not ship within the time frame, customer service will notify you via email explaining the delay. 

BusyBee Garden is responsible for packaging and shipping your order. We can show the date the package was shipped and a receipt. Our liability ends when the product is shipped. 

Please be mindful of settling during shipping. Product may not be filled in containers entirety but please be sure that the correct amount (weight) purchased is included inside the container.

Upon delivery you have a 72 hr window to notify us of any product errors.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, CREDIT GIVEN ON SHIPPED PRODUCTS.
